Legendee - Sang Tao 8 Coffee Gift Box

I like this . It is very strong and full bodied. Good Sunday coffee. Would have given this 5 stars except for its too costly !Will I order again? Maybe when my budget is bigger.

I have been drinking Vietnamese coffee since the 1970's. I guess I have tried every brand and style I could get my hands on. Legendee used to be very difficult to get and I drank it on special occasions only. Now it is available most of the time and it is my evening coffee. Strong, great flavor and aroma. Made the traditional Vietnamese iced way it has no peers in Vietnamese coffees. Legendee is indeed the gold standard of Asian coffee.

I was told this was a high quality coffee so I gave it as a gift to some friends. Some of them are coffee snobs, although they won't admit it. They loved it, so I gave it a try. I was surprised. This is a bit more expensive than some other coffees, but it is worth a little extra. It is still less expensive than going to Starbucks every morning.They changed the picture on the box recently. Why did they put Napoleon Bonapart on the front? Did he conquer coffee growers or discover these beans? I'm not sure what their marketing department was thinking, but hey, good coffee is good coffee. I don't care who they put on the box as long as it tastes this good.

This is a more economical way to buy my favorite coffee. There are two bags, each the same size as the regular bag (you save about four bucks over buying two of the regular bag). We brew this on weekends when I have time to sit and really enjoy my cup of coffee - it's become a weekend ritual!
