Its a generic charger for the omron blood pressure machine and it works good!

the adapter works, but the machine still requires batteries
This adapter works very well, however, the machine only uses the batteries for the memory. Once you turn off the machine, without batteries. there us no memory for settings or keeping track of previous blood pressure results, so keep batteries handy.
