Perfect product
I'm a college student and my favorite coffee drink is an Iced mocha. I LOVE this thing. It works perfectly to make a shot of espresso. I do have to say the first time is a little watery so I make one throw it down the sink and the second one is always better!! A lot smaller than I was expecting it to be but for the purpose, I'm using it for, I am in love with it and would order it again in a heartbeat. I didn't read the comments before I ordered it and was kinda skeptical about it but it is exactly what I wanted and saves me 15 bucks a week plus I'm making more coffee than what I buy so I'm sure I'm saving even more!

Short lifespan
Product doesn’t last long. Small pieces fall out within a month.

Couldn’t even use it once
I couldn’t even use the product once. The filter piece is stuck inside of the bottom of the maker. I unscrewed it from the original package and can’t remove it

Returned almost immediately!
Didn't get it to work at all - took it apart to clean it and couldn't get it to screw back together. Seemed cheaply made.

Good deal
It works as expected. It makes only one shot at a time and since I like two shots in my espresso so it takes more time and fuss. Overall for the price, if you have a need for a small portable espresso maker it's a good item.

Works as described.....
This product works well. I got it as a gift. Some reviewers say it is cheaply made, and yes this is partially true, but what do you expect from a $30-$40 item. Other cost easily twice that. In my experience (only using it a few times) it works well. That coffee extracted taste good. Not to over extracted. I did get a little leak on the first use, but it seems to be ok. This item is also easy to clean though I wish I had less parts. But that's just nitpicking....
