Came very well packaged and made of good quality materials. Instructions are easy to follow. There is some tolerance when attaching the radiator to the wall brackets if your wall or tiles are not completely flat.Attaching the grub screws is the trickiest part so make sure you don't drop one and lose it. They are also the feature that lets down the overal clean lines of the product in my opinion.In operation it performs exactly as I would expect. It reaches a temperature of 53°C under a hand towel and keeps it dry throughout the day. It also takes the chill off my bathroom.Don't buy this if you are looking for a clothes dryer or a radiator to heat your bathroom. It is a towel warmer with the added benefit of moderately warming or maintaining a room temperature.

Provides a gentle warmth to the towels keeping them dry and useable. Seems well finished and durable.

So far very good, gets quite hot if the towel is insulating it but it will be self regulating I expect. Easy to fit and timer is handy. Recommended 😁

This looks great in my new en-suite. I like the 2 hour/4 hour timer for if you don’t want to leave it on constantly. Saves forgetting to switch it off again when not needed.

Very compact unit reasonably priced, with a good heat output

Easy enough to mount, looks nice and good that it has a 2 or 4 hour control but really doesn’t warm room at all, it’s just too small, wish I had bought a larger one. Will keep it as Ok for warming towels but that’s it. It’s not a radiator.

Great for a small shower room like ours and easy to install
