I really enjoyed it. Great for oily combination scalp.
The shampoo is definitely interesting. You need to wash your hair twice it seems in order to get a good lather the second time around ( also it is vinegar based so don’t expect an overpowering sudsy lather like other shampoos).I actually feel like it pulled a lot of my oils out of my hair ( near my roots). Probably both good and bad oils lol. My hair gets oily fairly fast. This shampoo doesn’t make it as noticeable the next day so I’m happy.I probably wouldn’t wash my hair with it daily. Especially if your susceptible to dryness, but when you need a good clean maybe every other day or couple of days. Washing your hair daily is unhealthy for the hair anyways. It’s a must to use the conditioner, which after leaving on for a few minutes before washing. It feels like a nice hair mask as I rinse it out.It smells really like Granny Smith apples, but also has a salon smell. My hair is not colored so I didn’t notice anything with hair color change.I had normal hair fallout as I would with any other hair shampoo product.Overall it’s a nice shampoo conditioner kit. I do wish you received more bang for your buck.I recommend and will be back once I’m out. Hopefully it will be on sale.

My new favorite!
This set has seriously become a favorite of mine and for good reason. My scalp feels so much cleaner and my hair is so soft and light, the difference when I use something else is so noticeable to me now. I know actual apple cider vinegar smells pretty gross but this only smells of deliciously sweet apples so don't worry about the scary vinegar word. Lol. I've never actually let a shampoo or conditioner sit but I followed the instructions and I can actually feel a difference, like it absorbs all the yuckiness and leaves fresh natural hair and scalp behind so don't rinse it out immediately out of habit but let it sit and work it's magic for a couple minutes. Your hair may feel dry after but I assure you paired with the conditioner you will be left with soft and healthier looking hair.

Great! Just scent is too much for me
I was excited to try something new when I saw this apple cider vinegar shampoo. When it arrived I was happily surprised it came in its own little box holding the two bottles together! I excitedly opened the bottles so I could see what it smelt like and was surprised by the nice apple smell. When I used it for the first tome I noticed that the shampoo is definitely more of a deeper wash then my previous shampoo (I had never used ACV shampoo before) so my hair felt more sqeaky if thats the right way to describe it. It was harder to run my fingers through under the water... But then I used the conditioner and this was a thick conditioner! I noticed a difference though immediately with just wet hair that my hair was softer. it definitely makes a difference! The only reason I gave it four stars is because the apple smell is a little much for me. I just wish it was more of a natural scent

Not what I hoped for
I write this knowing everyone’s hair is different. I have long, fine, wavy hair, and this shampoo turned my hair into a snarled mess when I used it, and the conditioner was not good at detangling at all. I needed to use a leave in detangler every time. It just did not work well for my hair.

Works great
I really like this shampoo and conditioner combination. The bottles are a good shape and the overall design looks like a professional shampoo bottle. The overall scent is interesting. It smells like candy apples, but you can also definitely smell the vinegar in it as well. I didn't really smell anything afterward, so it was not that strong. It does get your hair really clean. I'm sure that was the vinegar but my hair felt so soft afterwards. I also like the fact that it has natural ingredients and is sulfate free (although admittedly I never paid attention to sulfates before haha). Anyway, all in all, I don't know that the apple scent is for me, but it did work amazingly on my hair.

Reduces Dandruff
I'm a guy - mid 40s and switched to sulfate free shampoos & conditioners a month ago. I use this about once a week. I wash and condition on day one, water rinse only on day two, conditioner only on day three. On day four I wash and condition with a Moroccan aragon oil shampoo and conditioner, water rinse on day 5, aragon conditioner on day 6, & repeat. Also use lemon juice about once a week, usually on a rinse-only day. I massage juice from half a lemon it into my scalp, wait 10 minutes and rinse. Seeing very little dandruff since switching to sulfate free products. Very happy with the results-- my hair looks and feels soft, clean, and natural.

5 stars for the scent but 0 for the product!
Two stars because it smells great, although I did not like either the shampoo nor conditioner. It made my hair super dry and tangled. It had to deep moisturize my hair with a different brand hair mask about 4 times to “recuperate” my hair. After that my hair is finally back to being soft, moist and shiny. If you don’t care for the product but the smell only, go for it but if you want a good product, then don’t.

First time ACV shampoo user
I’ve only been using for a little over a week. I like it, I’m not sure I would buy it regularly due to cost, the shampoo has a fake apple scent almost like a jolly rancher candy. It’s too early to tell if it’s had an effect on my scalp or is promoting hair growth. The shampoo doesn’t lather quite as much as my usual shampoo and the conditioner is a totally different consistently. It’s thicker like a toothpaste or hand cream and it does make my hair feel silky or slippery when applied or rinsed out. I worried it would be difficult to brush my long, fine hair afterwards but to my surprise there were no more or less tangles. Overall I like it.
