At first I was worried about this purchase - it seemed too dark and looked as though it wouldn't have a defined shape upon completion. When finished, I was pleasantly surprised. It turned out beautiful, with a good likeness of Mickey. It looks great matted with a light brown border. Stick with it until the end and this ugly duckling turns into a swan.

some of the shading was a bit challenging to do for a beginner, but this art project turned out beautifully. I am seriously addicted to this hobby. this was my 4th project and my favorite bar far. absolutely gorgeous result.

Made this for my daughter as her kitchen is "Mickey" themed. Came out beautiful. The numbers 4 and 7 for the diamond dots were hard to tell apart on the mat. You had to hold it up and get the right light as my lighting board wasn't enough light. Just an FYI...diamond dot painting kits do not come with the applicator or the wax like the diamond dotz kits do so if you have never done this before, then you will need to purchase them separately.

Writing is very small and at times smudged so you can’t make out what color diamond to use. It just takes time and patience. Perfect as a gift for someone who is worthy of your time and effort. Not easy but once you start you don’t want to put it aside. Great hobby to distract for a few hours. I’ve bought about 5 more.

Some of the colors were off with the placement of them but easily fixable. Very cute and my daughter loves it so much hanging in her room.

I bought the 12" x16" painting to hang in my grandsons room. It is very easy to read and this size would be absolutely perfect for a beginner diamond painting artist. I am very experienced in doing these and was a little disappointed in the lack of detail. That being said it's no fault of the company. The smaller the print the less detail. It is really cute and I will hang it for him.

The final product looks so adorable in a frame. It actually looks like the photo of this ad.
