Im pretty sure they mean lead (pronounced leed) another word for cable.

Never used on Fruity Loops which was ages ago but FL Studio has all midi capabilities and will accept the Launchkey mini.

Q: Does this keyboard work with reaper daw?

It's a midi controller so yes, it will work with any DAW
