Okay, so I'm 100% sold on the cork mat concept, it's amazing. But this particular cork mat is cheap trash not worth the postage spent on shipping it. The first one I ordered, worked great, for the first two class, but during class number three a fist sized piece of cork flaked off the mat. So I thought okay, I"ll give the company the benefit of the doubt and have them send me a replacement, it started to disintegrate after the FIRST CLASS. Save yourself the time and money I wasted, DO NOT BUY THIS MAT.

I love this mat! No complaints at all.
