I am very skeptical with most supplements and I always try them before writing a review. I have only taken this for a week and half so far but since starting, my energy levels have sky rocketed, yet I have no side effects at all. I was a 2 sport division 1 athlete 30 years ago and despite being a very large person I still workout when my body allows me. I have now had 10 back surgeries as well as a few on other body parts so my workouts have been few and far between. Since using this supplement I have worked out everyday as well as tending my garden and doing other yard during the day.That said, every supplement affects everyone different. You have to try it and see if it is worth it for you. I have had other supplements rated very high that have done nothing for me but this one, for me, is well worth it.

I wanted to like this product. However, the product made me sleepy, lethargic, and gave me a headache.It's quite strange to see how this is composed of mostly amino acids. I know everyone reacts differently to supplements.
