Pentair522480 Tube Pmp OEM Size C

Pentair documentation does not clearly define replacement parts on their chemical pumps (and their tech support isn't even right). Returning this part cost me $9.07 from MyPoolYard, but was delivered and refunded quickly. Part is 6-1/4" on the tube between the black plastic ends, and is about 1" too long for my "blue" Pentair tank-mounted acid pump, a Stenner EC30. The correct part for this is likely Pentair 522650. -- Nope, that is also a Stenner #2. Still searching ...

Pool wasn’t getting acid from tank. Replaced this tube with one from PST pool supply and my acid tank is once again delivering acid. If you replace this tube and still don’t get acid from the tank, replace the ball check valve also.

These were good replacement parts. They need to be replaced every couple of years or so. The old ones stretch and become less effective. It's interesting how these pumps actually work by just squeezing the acid through the tubes.

The tubes worked fine but would highly recommend purchasing the entire kit which includes the roller wheel. When the tube wears our, the acid leaks on the wheel and corrodes it.

I use my pool only 5-6 months a year so I can get two years on one of these.

Quick replacement worked flawlessly. Did not realize it came with 2...that doesn’t suck.
