I'm one of those people who is never motivated to drink water. I'll reach for pretty much any other beverage first, but I need to change that, so I purchased this water bottle. Here's why:It's made of glass so it won't make my water taste weird (and I like the sound ice cubes make against it)It has a straw so I can mindlessly sip while I workIt has measurements that allow me to see how much I'm drinking, and times that keep my water-drinking goals on trackIt holds a quart of water so I don't need to get up too often for refills (this is for work, so that matters)The listing said it was easy to cleanDelivery was lightning-fast. I ordered yesterday and it showed up on my doorstep today.The first thing I noticed is that the oz. markings are not accurate. I poured a cup of water into the bottom of it and it came to well over the 8oz. line. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker since the bottle does hold an entire quart of water if you fill it all the way up to the neck.You do need a bottle brush for this because the neck is too narrow for adult hands to get into. Also, while the straw does come out, and it looks like the silicone bits the straw fits into may also be removable, I'm not sure how to put them back. I'd like to remove them to make sure I don't get any slime mold or bacterial growth in there. So not quite as easy to clean as I'd hoped.My bottle came with a black sleeve that says "Sport Cola" on it. I appreciate it's addition, though I'm baffled by the printing. The only downside, really, is that it has a very strong chemical smell to it and that's all I can taste when I put it on the bottle. Hopefully, that'll air out.So the bottle isn't quite as great as I was hoping, but it's also not bad. I've been using it for the past four hours and I've had 64 oz. of water. Without it, that number would be closer to 12 oz., the amount my mug holds. So I like it. It's fine.I read some other reviews and thought I'd address some of their points (which are all valid). I didn't find the glass to be particularly thin. I'd say it's roughly the same thickness as some cheaper every-day glasses. If I were to hit it against a sharp surface or drop it on my non-carpeted floors, I would be unsurprised if it broke. This is not a bottle you'd want to take on a hike or bike ride. In fact, I'd only carry it to the sink and back to my desk. It's just not rugged. Also, no, the straw does not reach the bottom of the bottle. Mine stops about 1/4" from the bottom, which is necessary if you actually want the straw to work. Those who want a little more length to their straws might try pulling a small length of it from the end that attaches to the spout. Lastly, and I saw this mentioned on at least one other review, there is a little silicone plug over the air vent. It keeps your water bottle from leaking, but it also makes using the straw difficult since it inhibits the flow of air into the bottle. If you don't plan to travel much with this bottle (and, again, I wouldn't recommend it), just pop that bad boy out and your straw-usage problems will be solved.

In the display there are two bottles but shipped only one. Advertisement is misleading.

Loved the product till it rolled off the table onto my tile floor; shattered it! But if you're careful, you'll have one that you'll love.

Although this bottle looks great, there were no instructions included as to how to get the straw to work - and it doesn't seem to fit in any possible opening. Fortunately, there is a drinking spout that seems to work.

I know it sounds strange, but I am one of those people who does not enjoy drinking water. I'll reach for a flavored drink, juice, or soda before water. BUT I was determined to change that to be healthier - Enter this water bottle.I researched a few different bottles here on Amazon before purchasing, and I chose this one because it is a nice size and glass instead of plastic which can leach chemicals into the water over time. Yes, there are reviews that the glass is fragile and breaks easily, but I have been using it over a month now with no issues. If you are mindful that it is a glass bottle, I think you'll be fine. The seller also includes a giant bottle coozie which is nice (although I wish it was plain, see Cons below). I have not washed this in the dish washer for fear the markings will come off, but I have bottle and straw brushes that clean this great. I would also like to make note of how this is actually leakproof!! Another reviewer commented on removing the small plastic piece that makes the straw suction a little difficult, but I think in removing that piece, it will no longer be leakproof. Give and take, I guess. My biggest gripe about this bottle is that the straw isn't long enough to reach the bottom. This is a minor issue but does take away from the overall ounces. I'd purchased this back in 2020 and I finally broke it after 3 years of staying hydrated! I've dropped it on concrete- didn't break or crack. I've dropped it countless times on hardwood floor and it's never sustained any damage until it fell at work at the perfect angle to completely break and it was still a clean break. I've washed and reused this product to its entirety and I can say with full confidence that this product is worth every penny. It never smells weird like plastic bottles do especially if you leave them overnight in the car but this glass never smells weird and the silicone mouthpiece is easy to wash... I rarely review but I think this deserves to be at the #1 spot for water bottles

I loved this glass bottle and the sleeve. Until it mysteriously fell off the drying rack and busted to a million pieces.

The mouthpiece is awkward and when sipping the liquid there is a significant aire leap causing you to inhale more air than water.

It seemed excellent upon arrival however, after filling for the first time I have noticed leakage.
