This Vegan Omega 3-6-9 is also a game changer as I have struggled to find a high quality clean ingredients alternative Fish Oil being vegan in the past.This may just be the one, it's early days to compare how they will rate with the krill Oil as the Krill oil works very well with my body as an vegetarian but I am keen to see how these work for me in the longterm therefore I shall alternate between the two. It has a great balance of of all 3 DHA and EPA (3-6-9) Omega 3 being the one we need the most off for sure. So they seem to have the correct balance of this ratio nearly right on point.The only thing I would have changed is I am not so keen on Oilve Oil so I would have swapped the Olive Oil for Hemp Oil which is far more higher in nutrients but would no doubt make this product a lot more expensive. The current Price point is reasonable and affordable for most.Actually from my research it's the best quality and price on the market against other brands being far more expensive and do not deliver as clean ingredient list as this one offered by LLS. So all in all it ticks all the boxes, Quality product delivering more bang for your bucks! It's also very environmentally friendly than buying any animal fish Oils. I tried all sorts of vitamins like potassium, magnesium etc. and then finally settled on Omega369. The only issue with the brand of Omega369 I was using, was that there was no EPA and DHA. It was like drinking 2 spoons of oil in a capsule, cheaper to just buy a bottle of flaxseed oil from store.I finally came across this brand and their composition. The tablets worked miracles for me as my knee pain has disappeared and heel pain has reduced by 60% almost. I can now say EPA and DHA matter with Omega 369.These tablets a little bit bigger but no issues for me to swallow, no after taste and I have not noticed any side effects yet as such.
