I had a problem cleaning the inside of my front windshield the pitch of the glass was to laid back and I had smuges that only showed up at night when other car headlights would hit it it was so bad I couldn't see I got this tool and was able to clean it just right now no more glare .

This will clean a car window. It does well dusting. I got this though to help clean the inside windows at the weird angles, like the back window. Had an accident where 3 12-packs of soda got left inside and exploded in the heat. Real mess. So got this to help get those bottom corners that you just can't comfortably reach. I'll second the comments that as you use it, the arms retracts when you apply pressure, so you're constantly having to re-extend the arm again. The microfiber cloths attached also are good at picking up dust, but maybe not as great at cleaning off things such as soda that dried. It's a bit too hard to apply the pressure to rub that away. But at the same time, it's much easier using this than reaching back there with my arm and a paper towel and going to town. So while it isn't great, it's the best option I've seen so far, and it does its job. Slowly, but it does it.

loved it for cleaning my windows on the inside. only problem (which i missed when i got it) it has a short handle. keep that in mine when you get this. it works great.... but well you will have to move around alot to use it or have long arms. :>

My windshield is highly raked and set pretty far forward. Reaching the bottom for wiping is a huge pain so I gave this tool a shot. It did the job but even extended all the way, I still had to reach far more than I'd have liked. If your car's windshield isn't set back too far, it might not be so bad for you.Also the hinge on the pad is not in the center, so if you're trying to get any pressure on the end of the triangle part, it won't do it. There seems to be a lot of competitors with the same design so there might be a reason it is this way that I don't understand, but until I learn otherwise, I'm a little disappointed like half of the pad is basically useless surface because you can't really press it against the glass effectively.
