Helpful tips for using this steamer!
I really like this little steamer. There are a few things that to know when using this:1. Don't pick something that is super wrinkly (see my shirt pic) and expect that it is going to look like it was ironed with extra firm starch when you are finished. It works just fine on regular wrinkles. The part I spent the 15 seconds on before I realized this wasn't the best example is the upper right part of the shirt.2. There is no warning light or anything- just start to use it when it starts steaming.3. It's not like an iron.. you can't walk away and come back to use it. When the steam is ready, it's going-- whether or not you are there to use it.4. It's really lightweight.. makes it nice for travel (and it comes with a pouch)5. You don't have to and are not supposed to, use anything but tap water (which is really nice that you don't have to get water distilled, ionized, purified, prayed over, stream fresh.. none of that stuff).6. Know that you have to hold the fabric taught or lay it down to steam.. don't look like an idiot like I did and just run the thing over the shirt like it's some sort of magic wand.

but once the shirt is on me for a few minutes I look down at it and it looks good and pretty much wrinkle-free
UPDATE: Downgraded from 4 to 1 stars. I am done trying to make this thing suffice for taking wrinkles out of my 100% cotton shirts . It steams for ~20sec and then its like the heating element turns off for ~10-15sec, then back on, then ~20sec steam, then takes a break again, etc. It's VERY annoying and makes steaming ONE SHIRT an annoying task (more annoying as usual). Buying a new regular iron today.Pro's:- It does take wrinkles out of my shirts and pants. You may not notice it right away, but once the shirt is on me for a few minutes I look down at it and it looks good and pretty much wrinkle-free.- Very compact and fits pretty much anywhere- One tank full of water last 1-1.5 long-sleeve cotton shirts- Very simple & easy to use- No more waking up the house as I erect the squeaky ironing board- No iron burns on clothes- Don't have a hot appliance sitting on counter waiting to cool afterwardsCon's:- This will certainly NOT replace a traditional hand-held steam press iron. The steam + physical- Spits water even when about 2/3 full (according to max line; held level)- Steam starts, stops, starts, stops...making the already annoying task worse.

Everyone posted really great reviews for i bought this product
Everyone posted really great reviews so I purchased this steamer. The steamer is a great size, nice and light weight, perfect for traveling. However, mine did not function properly. I ended up leaving a review stating that mine was not functioning right and customer service contacted me immediately asking what they could do to help. This companies customer service if above and beyond helpful. The are shipping me a new one to try. I was very impressed with how helpful they were. I am hoping the next steamer functions better. Great company will update my review after I get the new steamer.

Functional and serves its purpose
I like the long cord the best. It lets me reach the clothes I hang on the shower curtain rod from the outlet that's on the other side of the bathroom. My previous one has a much shorter cord that is really inconvenient.I would've liked an indicator light and also a button to only let steam out when I want it to. This steamer is basically ready when you see steam comes out of it, and there is no "pausing". You just have to turn it off and then back on again. With that said, I'm happy about how fast it takes the wrinkles out. Most of the time I only have to go over an area once. I can only do four or five items at a time before it runs out of steam (harhar) but I expected that. There's no spitting so far, and even though it warns again spilling if you tip it too far, the reservoir seems thoughtfully designed in a way that water won't come back out from the fill hole (perhaps elsewhere though?). You can see from the photos that in addition to the cap, the inside has an extra layer of plastic with a much smaller actual opening.Size is standard. Not too big or too small. Might be clunky to bring in a suitcase but should be doable if wrinkle-free clothes is your priority.

This steamer is great! It's small and easy to store and works great! I am an independent sales rep for a clothing company and use this to de-wrinkle my inventory, it's a big time saver! I prefer the steamer to ironing because unlike ironing, it won't burn your clothes or leave residue behind. It came neatly packaged with a sleeve for travel/storage, a mitten to protect your hand from the steam with a water resistant outside coating and an instruction manual. The steamer only has an on and off button, it's doesn't have adjustable settings but doesn't need them in my opinion. It's easy to fill and heats up fairly quickly. I'd definitely recommend this!

Convenient and Effective
I have had several hand held travelling steamers over my lifetime and found this one to be easy to use. It fills with water easily, heats up quickly and effectively irons the wrinkles out of anything. My husband had to put on a shirt and sport coat for a photography session that we hadn't planned on, and luckily I still had this at my office. The travelling pouch is convenient and protects the steamer from anything else you may have in your suitcase, if you actually use it during travel.I would recommend this steamer/iron for it's ease in filling, effectiveness at removing wrinkles, and ease of packing and travelling.

Spitting out water. Spend the extra money
Leaked water on first use. Kept spitting it out as some other reviews said. Seems pretty hit or miss when it comes to reviews. Poor quality control or perhaps neglectful packaging led to something breaking in transit. Either way a hassle to have to return.Spoke to my tailor (been in the game for 20+ years) he pulled out a catalogue he uses for his shop equipment. I learned a good steamer will start at $125-150 and should last you at least 7 years.
