I believe the cute faux shoe card example that the product is shipped attached to, is actually in the reverse order. Meaning, the graduated sizes of each band, should be inserted into your own show with the shortest one at the toe, not the top as the card indicates. I purchased to substitute in my sneakers because I was having a surgery that would temp prohibit me from using one of my hands. I'm glad I placed these pieces in BEFORE my surgery, because it was a little bit of a wrestling match and I had to use a pair of hemostats to pull them through each hole in my show. Once they were all in, they have been a life saver!

I took one star away for ease of install (I broke a bit of one of the tabs off) but overall I love these. I always tuck my shoelaces into the shoe which isn't comfortable. These make it so much easier to wear shoes as slip-on, plus the colors are super fun. I would install almost opposite of how they are packaged - wider options closer to the ankle, slim options at the top of the shoe. Overall, love these and will purchase again.

These were used on a pair of sneakers that I don't want to lace all the time. I had to swap a few around so they wouldn't pop out of the eyelet. They look really nice, I put them on a pricey pair of shoes and was glad that they didn't make them look cheap.

This was not easy to put on a toddler shoes. Although it is stretchy, it was tough pulling the end out through the shoelace hole.Once you are able to put them all in. It is very easy for my toddler to slide in to the shoes and it secure it just like how a regular tied shoelaces does.

They work as described and turn your sneakers into slip-ons. They only issue I've had is if you've got shoes with a thick tongue and you need to lift that to get your foot in, and the top eyelets are large metal ones, these can pop out. It's not a big deal, just a minor annoyance that will likely get better as new shoes break in.

Using here for my 7 and 8 year and these are amazing. My 8 y.o. likes high tops and those can be a pain loosening and tightening when needing to get her foot in and out. These made it easy for her to slide her foot in and out quickly. My 7 y.o. struggles with tying and wears slippers in her classroom so it was important for her to have ease. Let's just say I have these on many pairs of shoes for a reason!

I give this a 5 star bc they are study. You really have to work them into the eyelets I thought for sure they would break.. but no they held up. And they look really cute ! I'd definitely buy them again !! Easy slip on-no fuss ! They are labeled backwards. You need to put the smaller one closer to the toe and the larger one up by the ankle. Great product

I bought 4 sets of these for 4 pair of Puma sneakers. They really add color to the white/off-white pairs and provide a comfortable but not tight fit for each shoe. Previously, I had kept shoes tied but either tied loose enough or just not laced too high so that I could always just slide the shoes on and off already. These laces provide the same function with clean lines and the added color on the whites. I run daily and am still on the fence of whether to try a set in my running shoes. I tie those tighter but still in a way to slide on and off. I think they would work but maybe feel looser and that would matter more in my running shoes than in shoes I mostly just walk around in.Of the four pairs only one had lace holes large enough that lacing them with these elastic laces was easy. The other three took real effort and about 3-5 minutes per lace (so 15-20 minutes per shoe) just using my fingers (and a small screwdriver for glasses to help prod the lace through the hole). By the last shoe (so the third that was really difficult) I thought to use the normal laces I had just removed to help install the elastic laces. I put both ends of a normal shoelace 99% through a lace hole, leaving a small loop that I then placed around the tapered end of elastic lace then pulled the normal lace the rest of the way through the hole (which took some effort) pulling the tapered end of the elastic lace through the hole with it. This was MUCH quicker and easier, though I'd warn not to pull too quickly as I did break the end of one of the elastic laces by going too quickly/pulling too hard. I would say that if your shoes take a little bit of effort to push the plastic end of your normal laces through the lace hole, then these elastic laces will take some real work to install. If your shoes have large lace holes with plenty of room to fit your normal laces into then these elastic laces will still work well and will be a breeze to install.P.S. The elastic lace that I broke was one of the green ones at the top of the off-white shoes. I just pushed a small sewing needle through the end of the lace inside the shoe and so far it has worked just as well.

Delivery was good, and they are comfortable to wear, but after 3 weeks the top one broke at one end!Do I have to buy a whole new set?

These are good substitution instead of annoying laces that keep coming undone. But i rate them a 4 cause they are extremely hard to get into the shoe lace holes especially when you have arthritis, I broke one cause i was pulling so hard too. But once you get them in they are great.
