I wasn’t sure I would like this as it’s not as thick as what I was used to but clearly I needed something a little thinner (it’s not super thin) and better shape. It’s the perfect firmness and both my husband and I wake up with less pain. I didn’t care for the smell but it did go away after about a week.

Since I've been using this pillow I haven't had to make weekly visits to my chiropractor! It has helped with the tension in my shoulders which helped take away the stuff neck! Worth every penny! I'm a side sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper and we both love the versatile design.

This pillow is terrible! Bought my husband a different pillow and it was great so I decided to try this one because it was on sale for $39. You get what you pay for and this pillow is not it!! You can’t tell you are laying on a pillow might as well just lay on your mattress.

I got this when my doc said it would help with my pain but I didn’t think it would help this much. Very good pillow especially if you have neck pain.

It was too low for my neck. Feels so low that it's not too much different from sleeping flat on the bed. You also can't really bunch it up to make it higher. If you're looking for a pillow that doesn't rise much higher than the bed, this one may work for you.

Pretty much my headline tells the story of a very comfortable custom shaped memory foam pillow... but...The only thing that slightly bothered me (that may not bother someone else) is the seams of that center "eye-shaped" panel, places the seam right around cheekbone/side of face area that can be felt through my pillowcase cover, when side sleeping. Cannot feel it when laying on back.Still a 5-star "overall" quality and comfort.

I bought this to help with some shoulder pain. It makes sleeping on the opposite shoulder easier than I typically do which allows the injured shoulder to heal. The only problem experienced thus far was in removing the pillowcase to wash it. There's a snap in the center that pinions the case and when I tried to unsnap it, it simply tore off. I'm not sure it makes much difference one way or another.

I like this pillow so much. It is very easy to wash. 10/10. I can’t sleep without it
