Love these, they are really good value for money
Love these, they are really good value for money. I discovered them when the Hulda Clarks were out of stock and this is my second tub. I will continue buying this brand. They have really helped my digestion and together with homemade kefir I hope to destroy any bad bacteria in my digestive tract and populate it with the good ones. I also have a lot of digestive mucus (sinus problems) that can cause discomfort, vomitting and nausea. Have MUCH less of that since taking these (I take 1 twice or 3 times a day on an empty stomach about 30 minutes or so before eating - though on the tub it says you should take them with food. Maybe best to take with food at first to make sure you don't get the trots or cramps or something, or if you have parasites, but that is just a guess.I have had no bad reactions or stomach discomfort with them.
