Not sure what there is to say - they definitely are a good replacement for the original part. Don't feel weak or cheap, exactly what I ordered, and the price was right.All four were received in new condition and fit our gate correctly. Now the gate is extra sturdy and keeping dogs and toddler in or out of places they should or shouldn't be.Sadly, the gate (even with these new rods) can't withstand my husband's lack of coordination, but let's be honest, nothing really can.

I have a Summer Infant gate. From the description, I would need the 8mm. ...And so I ordered the 8mm. However, I need the 10mm instead. My original hardware is on the left with this item on the right. The replacement item at 8mm won't work with my gate and just slip out. In addition, there is no gripping pad with the replacement. I suppose it's to get you to buy the wall protector on top of it. Returning and reordering the 10mm. I hope it works.ETA: the 10mm just arrived and they are too big. I found the OEM parts on the Summer Infant website which is what I should have done in the first place. They're almost $20 including shipping but I know they will work.

We've ordered these before and both times they worked perfectly, even though it was two different brands of baby gates. I like that they are extra long because it makes them stronger when I am reaching them to what would have been the original capacity of the original baby gate spindles. They are easy to install and use like any baby gate spindle and white matches my baby gate perfectly. I picked them for the price and I cannot imagine that other spindles could be better, so I honestly think it's the best choice for the money.

These worked perfectly as a replacement for our Regalo.

These would be excellent for babies or meduim sized dogs, and are better than OEM. These are an improvement over the rubber ones that come with gates when used along with the bracket screwed into the wall. But my dog can still nose her way through the gate. So if you are thinking of using these types of gates with large 90+ lbs dog, find a different way rather than buying a gate, and buying these improved rods, only to have the dog still able to open the gate.

Purchased to replace a lost spindle rod on a Frisco pet gate. It fits (10mm) and is very similar to the OEM spindle rod, but is way to long. I didn't return them because I am hoping to find someone to cut them down to about 3.3-3.5in. I looked for regular length ones on Amazon, via Google etc, with no luck unfortunately. I wish the seller would off regular length and not just extra long.

These replacement dog/baby gate pressure mounts look so much better than the ones in the package but the downside is the pressure applier itself is not a bolt but this plastic knob thing. In my packet of 4 I had 1 knob with worn threads so it wasn't able to be tightened. I am really disappointed because these look so much better but in reality it is worse.

Exactly what I needed! I purchased a baby gate at a second hand store for $5, but it didn't have these pieces (which are necessary for installation). A quick Prime order and the gate is installed to keep the dog out of the cat room with easy access for me! Now I have a gate up for a total of $15.

I didn't want to buy a new stair gate but had, over time, lost the spacers that it came with. I bought these and they fit the Safety 1st gate perfectly, even though I had lost couple of the plastic holders. The pieces are easy to install and adjust and are a great way to use your old gate and not throw it in a rubbish heap simply because you're missing a part or two. The pieces are really sturdy, too, and don't slip. I do recommend this product.

Does what it says on the tin. Having purchased a baby gate to keep our Jacahuahua out of the bedroom, we discovered that the door frame was one inch wider than the gate would fit. Got the gate in the sales for £12; ordering extensions would have cost £15, which seemed daft. At £10, these represented better value (although considering four shorter ones came with the gate, I would have felt £3 was enough for these!), and they extend the gate enough to fit firmly (just have to make sure the dog can't squeeze past the side ... 😂 ). Easy to fit: simply swap these for the ones which came with the gate. A decent length - but not so long as to leave a wide enough gap to trap toddlers' heads or to allow small dogs to squeeze through.

Perfect to get that extra reach when the gap isn't quite big enough for an extension to the gate.Just slide into place and they give you an extra 25mm or so width to secure the gate when you want to fit it just outside the door frame so that you can still close the door.Perfect and very well made.NB: The pictures also show the Baby Gate Wall Protector Silicone Pad Wall Cups I also ordered from Amazon. These are brilliant and hold the gate securely without any damage to wallpaper or gloss painted skirting.

Bought these as the baby gate I have got fit nicely at the bottom, where the space is narrower, but the existing pins were too short to secure it at the top. I kept the original bottom pins and used these for the top two to secure the gate. They are smaller diameter than the ones that came with the gate, which means they feel a touch less stable, but overall a great product and have had no issues once it was all tightened properly.

I’ve went through the process of ordering 3 different gates recently, none of which actually reached their alleged maximum distance.These little beauties gave me that extra .5 cm I was looking for and additional sturdiness.The only criticism I have, is that it would be brilliant if they came with their own wall support / stickers As the heads are slightly smaller than most common brands.
