Good hard drive worthless cables
It work perfect, but the cables that came with it was a joke. I could see metal parts through the plastic cover. I troubleshoot it at first would not see HD at first and Amazon gave okay to send back. I wanted the HD so went to Walmart and bought new cables and now works. I would order cables if ordering this item.

Came with a broken cable.
I connected this to 3 separate macs & nothing happened with any of them...I almost returned it until I realized that the cable it came with was broken. I should probably still return it because of that, but it's not worth the hassle.

Wrong adapter
Does not come with a USB-C adapter. Will not work with macs.

Not reliable.
I am trying to cancel this order. I have 2 of the same unit. They worked for awhile, then yesterday both quit working. I called customer support, they were unable to help. I can send 1 back for replacement, warranty gone on the other, so I lose quite a lot of important stored files.This unit is not yet shipped but I am told unable to stop shipment.
