The build quality and feel is excellentThe hinges for the access panel is very bad since it's not a hinge system but just two screws holding the panel that opens to retrieve the mail.Paint quality is goodThere is a possibility of chances for it to rust in the future especially in areas with heavy rainfall so it is better to keep it in an area that dosent have any direct contact with rainfall or water

The keys were left inside the letter box and couldn’t be retrieved. Finally had to unscrew the top to get the keys, so installation became an unduly complicated process. The letter box should have been written in Red color.

I was worried about the product quality before placing my order, but when I received this product i was extremely happy and satisfied that it’s exactly looks the same as shown in picture and quality is also nice. The only thing they can improve is on packaging of product, just to protect it from any damage. Thank you.
