Amazon call center gave me a full refund. This remote is worthless because it does not have the little red ON and OFF button - so it will not turn on your tv. It only works with the ROKU BOX????? I have a TCL 48 inch flat screen tv that is only 1 year old - I lost my remote that came with it - so I ordered this replacement ROKU remote control The description on this vendors site is NOT CLEAR and does not give customers any idea that it probably will only work if you have a ROKU BOX ???? No details about lacking an on and off little red button. Amazon call center told me just to throw it out or give it away because they did not want to bother with me sending it back - it was only a few bucks so probably not worth Amazon paying for return shipping? It does have a few different features than the remote that came with my ROKU TV - added streaming channels are on this remote - but I need the darn ON and OFF button to use the remote.......

The kids lose the Roku remote regularly, so I got this one as a contingency remote. It's got extra buttons for the very common channels, which can save a little time. Really, those buttons are what made me pick this remote. It works, but it registers double presses occasionally on the up/down/left/right buttons, which can be a little annoying when I'm trying to find something to watch, but not a major issue. The original remote doesn't have this issue. For the price it's pretty decent, but if I was going to buy another one, I'd try another model.

I actually like this control because one push and your on the channel, it doesn't have all the channels I like but it's a start.

Works but the buttons dont feel nice as the real roku remote. The buttons make a click sound everytime you push one.

Bought this to replace the remote my kids lost for my roku express and it doesnt work. I assume it just doesnt work for the type of Roku i have but i have no way of testing it to even see if it works. It doesnt have a sync button to sync with the roku or even a light on it to show that it is on or working. Wasted my money.

Works fine. Doesn’t include a headphone jack however. A plastic piece in the front fell off within the first week though.
