Doesn't fit stock 7.3 transmission cooler fittings
Doesn't fit stock transmission cooler fittings. Only found out once I had the old one out and this one in. Now I'm in a mess. No vehicle. The new one has coolant on it and transmission fluid, and I have to go through painful cleaning, reboxing and return process.The female threaded connections in rad are not deep enough.Also, this particular 2-row radiator is using the marketing info form a 3-row radiator and stated an "increased coolant capacity" and "40% more cooling capacity". Both are untrue. Compare closely to other radiators before buying. This is a scam.

Fits 2000 Ford excursion 6.8 v10
Fits great in a 2000 Ford excursion 6.8 v10 Only thing I had to do was make a small bridge for The degas bottle top mount. And you dont have to worry about the transmission cooler connection since the excursion v10 came with an aux trans cooler.

Not a direct fit. You will have to modify trans cooler lines.
Yes, the trans cooler fittings are different than stock ford. They are too shallow. I am having custom trans lines built now. Item also arrived with alot of bent fins. Its pretty but will take mods to fit right. I have not tested the radiator yet.

took 30 minutes to replace. as mentioned in similar reviews the only issue was that the one nipple on the top of the radiator is not recessed to allpw for clear passage if the hose to the DEGAS bottle. but other then that it fits and have yet to have issues. have had it in for 24hrs and will re review in alittle while

Only issue I had was the overflow hose return port was not recessed as the OEM is.
