Yes, and it will let you switch to Windows 10 Home. I did this. I am pretty sure that once you make the switch though, you cannot change back.

With that said, S-MODE can disabled if the user finds it too limiting. There is no charge for the option but, it is offered as a one time, one-way switch to regular Windows 10 Home.
