Great product, Fast printing, Easy to setup!
One of the most reliable printers in the market I've ever seen. Performance is flawless. User friendly and the ability to configure settings is very handy. Kitchen beep is a good feature that notifies the kitchen staff about printed KOT. So far I have not found any issues that I could not resolve. Highly recommended!

Good quality, Easy to install and fast!
Very satisfied with this printer. We do system integration for restaurants and this printer is awesome as it has USB and Ethernet port together. You can use it either for cashier (USB) or for kitchen (Ethernet). Installing it was a breeze, and it is very fast. Also a full detailed Users Manual, USB cable and a sample paper roll were inside the box.

The printer stopped working
Printer stopped working suddenly, its not working i plan a return with a proper one or refund

It was very tricky to install
It took few hours to sort it out how to connect the printer via network. It was not straight forward. The IP address which was given was not working, so managed to get into its setting via usb connection and change its ip after all. And, the power plug is not suitable for UAE standards. So you need to use adaptor all the time. Network cable was also missing in the box.
