Good quiality LED PIR floodlight
I bought this LED floodlight to replace a faulty halogen light. The fitting is good quality and looks well made. I checked the light output and found that a 22W LED is equivalent to a 300W halogen and from the performance of the new light I would say this is about right. The fitting is easy to install and comes pre-wired with a 1 metre length of rubberised cable. This means you will have to buy a junction box to connect it to a supply. In my case I was able to install the JB inside my garage. I chose a waterproof JB with compression glands which was inexpensive and simple to install.(screwfix) Setting up the PIR lux level and time the light stays on was easy and done in a few minutes. The price was good and cheaper than I could buy locally and free carriage was a bonus. If it lasts as long as it states on spec sheet (30000 hours) it will be years before needs to be replaced.Update: the unit failed August 2020, well before its 30000 hour expected life.

Does the job.
This was a like-for-like replacement for a previous unit.Glad to see if it's still on the market. The other one failed for some reason. After about two in the half years , so overall not bad value

Good So far
Brought this light because I was impressed with another light that was the same brand name. The light was easy to install above my front door. Only put up today, it's nice and bright so far

Good value for money just one niggle
Well these lamps are great but seem to have a very limited life for LED technology. And my two recent purchases seem to glow very dimly when not on during day and night.Had wiring checked and all ok. Appears to be the lamps.

A decent product
The first thing I noticed about the LED light was that it’s very lightweight but still appears like it will be durable and long-lasting. Although it’s similar to most other outdoor lights I’ve seen, the IP44 rating means that while it’s suitable for outdoors, it’s not completely waterproof so it’s best if there’s a roof overhang or some other protection where you’re putting your light. The light is rated at 22 watts which is equivalent to a 300W bulb - which is pretty bright! It definitely lights up my back garden, usually when a cat crosses our grass! And it’s not a slow warm-up, either, like my old garden light; it comes on immediately and is as bright at the start as it is just before it goes off.The pre-fitted cable is a very good addition but it may mean that a junction box is needed to connect the light's cable to the mains. This is still far easier than wiring up the light from scratch so I’m happy with it.Fitting the light to the building is easy especially if there is an available wall or wooden structure (eg bargeboard). I can’t imagine it’s that much harder if you have to drill it into brick or stone. The adjustments for the time that the unit stays on, and the amount of light (or lack of it) before it comes on are small and difficult to adjust especially at 3m up the side of the building. Just be careful not to break them as they’re quite fiddly and it’s easy to get frustrated trying to adjust them just so.So overall, this is a decent product that’s good value for money (£25 at the time of my review) for what you get. The dials are a little bit fiddly but I feel that’s quite common for many floodlights. So I’m happy with this product and hopefully it will stay on the side of the house for a while. 4 stars from me.

Best light on the market
I have used and tried different security lights over the years, and have found problems with a few LED lights which have leaked, faulty LEd's or other issues. These lights from Luceco are the best I have ever used. I purchased another one from Amazon because the first one I purchased from an electrician has outlasted all the others. These lamps are aluminum, well built,100% waterproof and so easy to install, so after that what else do you need. I will be buying some more in the future for a project I will be doing, so take my advice these are the best to go for when it comes to reliability.
