I've been using this Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo for over two years now, and I must say the quality is outstanding—definitely one of the best in its price range. So would give 5 star to the mouse. ergonomic and overall a really nice product.but the keyboard is too bad. mushy keys and bad response altogether. the worst is the spacebar. you have to precisely hit the center. else it doesn't work. like it is too bad .to the point that you cant use your thumb to press it. you have to use your finger. the key wobbles!!!! yuck!!!!cant even send this product back. if i could i would send it back immediately!!!!!!!

Writing the review after using it for nearly 2 years.Pros.The low-profile keys provide a smooth key travel.Build quality is good.Good battery life ( 6-8 months for keyboard and nearly 1 year for mouse).The print quality on the keyboard are goodcons.Not ideal for heavy/prolonged typing( some keys have already stopped working).The mouse has around 800 dpi. A 1000 dpi range would be better in this price range.Battery indicator doesn't work in the keyboard. So you should keep the backup batteries ready if working on a desktop.The scrolling experience in the mouse is not that great. It has a rubber grip, which gets loose frequently and slips over the wheel while scrolling.Some keys ( backspace, shift, enter, and some letters)wobble after a few months of usage.

Its very good and very easy to install.Cons: there is no light for caps lock and num lock. Otherwise everything is ok.

It came in proper packaging with all the Dell branding and manuals inside. The setup was extremely easy (plug and Play), and everything worked right off the bat after inserting batteries and plugging the USB dongle.Ensure that you get a mousepad as the mouse won't really do well on your normal surfaces.The keyboard is good, though the keys feel a little bit clunky and have quite a bit of travel and make a light plasticky sound. I prefer the quieter native keyboard on my Dell laptop which has less travel and almost no sound. I do get a full keyboard with numpad and I can setup in a more ergonomic way, hence I'm happy to keep the keyboard and mouse.
