Perfect for what I wanted. I used an old double magnum wooden wine box as my smoker box. Drilled a hole for the tube from the smoker and viola, cocktail smoker. This little unit is a much better deal than the over-priced $100 smokers. Saw some DIY YouTube videos about using a keyboard vacuum and modifying it to make a smoker. No need with this guy.

So, having to say goodbye to my large smoker when we downsized, I bought this to play around with. It has definitely fit the bill and met the challenge. Adds just the right amount of smokey flavobyr in a fraction of the time. I've even done meats by smoking them in a container and leaving it in the refrigerator before cooking.
