For whatever reason, these are easier to swallow than the Peach Perfect Myo-Inositol vitamins. I think they are a little smaller which I appreciate since it is 4 capsules per dose. I prefer these. I started them with a few other vitamins, and my skin has cleared up and hormones I think are sorting out as my period came the day after I started this vitamin regimen ( which was 4 days early) I’m hoping it was a reset. But I’m sleeping better, have good energy and focus, and have clear skin!

I have PCOS and usually do not have any periods unless my doctor gives me medicine to induce one. I took this supplement along with the peach perfect multivitamins and together they started my period within two weeks. I’ve been taking the peach perfect vitamins for about a year now and haven’t had any success with started my period until I added in this product to my daily routine. It dissolves perfectly into any beverage and has no taste. I usually mix mine in with my protein shake each morning!

Okay so I have irregular periods. But I’ve been taking this since June 4th. I literally got my period 9 days later. Haven’t had a period since January. I was also spotting for months and it stopped after taking this. So far this has worked. I know meds work differently for everyone but so far so good for me at least. It hasn’t affected my sleep or energy. Only thing I notice is it does make me pee a lot. Idk maybe just me. Hopefully it continues to work! Will update.

I was spotting for 2 months. Started taking these and stopped bleeding and a had regular period. The only thing I’ll say if you don’t drink enough water, it will make you nauseous.

I purchased 2 jars of this product to help with my PCOS. Firstly, at the time I purchased, the price was exceptional. Secondly, the dosage was great, and the taste of the product is very minimal. At worst, it makes regular water taste like alkaline water. But I bought it because I've read that this 40:1 ratio is the best for PCOS, and I've been having irregular periods. It's been so bad that the last time I had my period was December 2024. It's now July 2025, and I can proudly say that I got my period after taking this product for 2 months. That was just by completing one jar. I've also coupled that with taking metformin, exercising and changing my diet a bit. i hope this review can help someone else. Will update. Also, I prefer this to taking pills.

I highly recommend this product.I was diagnosed with PCOS. After 2 weeks of taking the pills I literally started my menstrual cycle exactly 12:30 am july 1st after not having a cycle for over a year. The micro beads works very well with my body.
