I have bought this at least 3 times now and love the minty smell - I use it on the welcome mat, in the kitchen bin and the back door mat (supposed to keep mice and spiders out as well so fingers crossed). This one is much better than another brand I tried so I always end up coming back to it - good value

nice smell. Very little in a spray bottle puts the aroma in the air. I have not seem any spiders indoors this Autumn, it may be the peppermint but I am keeping the bludgeon just in case

This essential oil has a strong, rich peppermint aroma. It smells and looks excellent quality. I use this oil specifically to clear my head and help improve alertness and concentration in the mornings. I also put a drop on a cotton ball and inhale every now and again. It really does help improve my concentration. It also clears my nasal passages when bunged up with a cold.I also like to mix this with a carrier oil and add to a basin of water to soak my feet in. Rub the oil into the skin and it really makes my feet feel and smell refreshed. It needs to be mixed into a carrier oil as it causes too much cooling and tingling if applied direct to the skin. I always have some Peppermint essential oil in the house and I find the Tisserand oil to be the best quality.

We buy this product every year to help us stop the spiders from certain areas of the house. Wouldn't say it completely stops them, but some definitely do not like it and it has helped us with our spiker issues, as our garden is smothered in them, due to our oak tree. The aroma is pleasant too and not overpowering and as I suffer with allergies and have to be careful with candle scents etc, these don't cause us any issues. Recommend this product.

I bought this product after a search on food grade peppermint oil, as I wanted to make a homemade breath freshener, however once the item arrived I noticed that it doesn’t mention being able to consume the product so I checked with Tisserand and received a very quick & helpful reply as follows:‘Here at Tisserand, we do not recommend ever ingesting essential oils.Essential oils are powerful materials that should be used with care. We do not recommend ingesting them as they are extremely irritant to the mucous membranes in the mouth and the delicate lining of the stomach. Our founder, Robert Tisserand, an expert on the safe use of essential oils, supports this in his education presentations and blogs and this is why we never recommend that essential oils are ingested.All of our oils are 100% natural and are of the highest quality, however, they are not sourced or produced with ingestion in mind.‘I thought this information may also be useful to others.
