Ever since I bought this, I've been taking a smoothie with me to work every day! It's so easy to use and works well. I'm taking one star off because it gives off a terrible electric burning smell, but it still works well. I don't think it can be helped. Otherwise, the blender seems to be good quality. I love that there are 2 cups. No need to quickly wash for the next one. There is third, smaller cup, but I don't use that one. The tops are great too. I like the flip top one. I have had no problems with leaking. The extra ring for the rim is unnecessary for me since I use a straw. I use frozen fruit and let it thaw out for about an hour before making my smoothies. You can only use this for about a minute before it turns itself off. It's a safety feature, so don't get worried if it stops working. just unplug it for a while and it will start working again. That's why you will need to thaw out the fruit a little. Otherwise, you will have a half-frozen smoothie with huge chunks of fruit.

Love this little Bullet! Works great for drinks or small quantities that you need to blend. So easy to clean up and it beats dragging out my blender and all the cleanup. This one is quick, small and easy!

Have used this product everyday since I’ve purchased it. Blends well. Does not leak. I can see that if needed I can travel with it. I have only used frozen fruit no ice. Perfect size for my smoothies. Great purchase. Easy to use. Does have a bit of a smell when in use.

This bullet blender is a good quality blender. If is very powerful, I needed some carrot juice and it came out smooth. Its versatility is on point, ease of use. I definitely recommend.

I got two smoothies out of this unit before it quit working. Not so magic after all. I've already tossed the box...so am not sure if I can get a refund...but am going to try anyway.AMENDMENT:DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM. The cups have 3 tiny plastic prongs attached, that when inserted into the base fit snugly into 3 tiny slots in the base. If these prongs are broken off from the cups, they will not snug into the base, and the unit will not activate. I used cups from my old unit and thus this base would not activate. The cups that came with the new base are not broken, the prongs are attached and the unit works well. Yes...good product, pilot error on my part! Added stars...only gave four, as the prongs on the cups do break off occasionally.
