Iv been taking it for just over 2 weeks now and I got to say I love them Iv only noticed an improvement in the last few days, so I would say they take about two weeks before you get any benefits there. The capsules are easy to swallow and not overly large.My partner has been using this for almost a month, but she hasn't noticed any changes.Initially, she was hesitant to try it, but after giving it a shot, she feels it doesn't work as well as claimed.She has a few capsules remaining, but once she finishes this bottle, she won't be purchasing another one.
