Great for small items from Europe.
Purchased this converter for a small decorative lamp that I purchased in Spain with a European plug. I originally purchased a different type of converter that worked but it was extremely powerful and large. It was also a lot more expensive for my simple needs. This was more cost effective and much smaller. Works perfect for what I needed it for.

Works ok, double-check first, always be careful.
Good quality. The instructions insists on using 50W or less continuous loads so it's fine for a mini stereo for example. No ground prong, non-polarized plug on the converter. Does not heat much, weighs in at 322g, so it stays plugged into a wall outlet just fine. Can over-voltage 220V devices on the now common 120V wall voltage, so check first if they can be switched to 240V. Although it does hold a plug well, the outlet on the converter is not very safe, so keep it away from kids, plug fully into the converter first then plug it into the wall.
